  Best rice I have ever had! Same can be said for the egg drop soup! This is my favorite place to eat. Very clean, the staff is always polite, the portions are perfect for the price, and the wait usually isn't very long. It may be a little pricey compared to other places I've been, but it is so worth it. $10 usually gets me a tea, soup, and an entree.

  This is one our favorite places to eat. The food here is incredibly fresh. It is always cooked to order... and since I am vegetarian, I often change the menu items. I really appreciate the variety of menu items cooked in differing styles. The service is great with servers being very attentive while not hovering or being intrusive. I first started eating here when they were in the old Greenville Mall on Woodruff.... even in that setting, the food was always fresh and delicious. Take-out is equally impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant

  Mall food tends to be better! Philly Sushi Roll has trace amt of crab, all cream cheese & worst of all was warm...so warm the cream cheese was liquefied! I can make better fried rice! The green beans were very good & friendly delivery driver. Never ordering from here again. Order @ your own risk from Woodruff Rd location! Go to Augusta St location instead

  I went to Oriental House on my lunch break one day last week and got the teriyaki chicken, fried rice and an egg roll. When I got back to work, I realized that they hadn't given me my egg roll. By that time it was too late for me to call them or go back because I had to go back to work. I'm the mother of a three month old baby and a special needs child so I definitely have enough on my mind to have remembered when I got home. I called them back to order more food the next week (today) and when speaking to the young man I mentioned that they forgot to give me my egg roll the last time. He stated he couldn't find in the computer where I had called back and he had to speak to his manager about it. I told him I had to go back to work because I was on my lunch break and not to worry about it because I didn't want to hold for a manager. Before I could finish getting the words out of my mouth he had thrown the phone down and started telling his manager, "this person is saying we didn't give them an egg roll, I don't know if she's lying and wants a free egg roll or what." Are you kidding me?? Free? First of all I paid for that egg roll when I bought $11 worth of food from you people! It's not a big deal but the principle of the matter. If I order something that comes with specific items, I want all of my items! Then the manager gets on the phone and says, "because you didn't call in, I can't give you an egg roll." I can't believe the customer service or lack there if I received from these people over an egg roll. Oriental House, this is how you treat your customers? I will never patronize this place again. ORIENTAL HOUSE YOU GUYS SUCK!!
