  I recently acquired my first humidor, and being new to the world of cigars I knew I needed help. I stopped in at The Cigar Experience where I gained a lot of useful information. Pete has excellent customer service and a wonderful shop. I will definitely recommend this store to all who have a question regarding cigars, or are looking for a nice place to relax and have a smoke.

  I love this place and enjoy the relaxing environment. I would recommend The Cigar Experience to any cigar connoisseur or the inexperienced individual who is interested in indulging in a new endeavor of the cigar culture.
  The staff (Kaitlyn)! is extremely knowledgeable about the entire cigar realm of expertise. Kaitlyn (or is it Catelyn) (Sorry!) is the quintessential cigar aficionado and her knowledge of humidors, lighters, cutters, and all of the associated tools of the trade is very impressive.
  Her raison d'etre is of course, cigars.
  Ask her anything and she knows all about her specialty. She will help the novice with no experience and she will be just as professional with the curious newbie as she is with the veterans.
  Always kind, courteous, and cheerful, I recommend you go see Caitlyn for all of your cigar experience questions and suggestions.
  Pete is the owner and he is also super nice, helpful, and always dignified and professional.
  I give the staff and the Cigar Experience a 5 Star Rating! *****

  Buy a few cigars and sit and relax in the lounge, enjoy your favorite beverages, watch some football or a movie, and meet some very nice and interesting people! ...and for the record, she spells her name Caitlyn!
