  Came out of my normal way here on the recommendation of a coworker. I didn't have a Bi Lo card, so I requested one from the customer service clerk. She was nice, but said I couldn't use my Bi Lo card that same visit, in fact I couldn't use it until 7 days later! Well I don't want to shop without it. I walked out without getting a thing. Bi Lo should change that policy. They lost me as a customer before I even spent a dime.

  It's clean and the staff are quite friendly. Not a big variety of selection on somethings ,( I guess because it is small) but overall this is the best Bi-lo I have ever shopped at

  Its conveniently located near a good bit of places, the store lighting is a bit on the dull side. Seems to be a great place for teenagers to work, since that's all that I see working at the cash registers.
  The workers here hardly ever smile, everyone seems tired and frustrated, no matter how early or late you come to the store.
  Personally, I really don't like to come here or recommend coming here for anything other than buying money orders, which cost 99¢.

  Pretty old-school inside. Some questionable people in and out but they seem to mind their own business. The store itself is well stocked with what they carry, but they don't carry much. It's in a convenient location to where I live so we go a good bit.
